You must keep photographs of the completed work and provide with your claim.
You must also keep and provide on request:
- any consents or permissions connected with the work
- receipted invoices or bank statements where a receipted invoice is unavailable
- photographs of site before works start

tips_and_updates Additional Advice
- Place troughs on hard-standing or well-drained soil to prevent trampling, erosion, or runoff
- Site troughs away from waterways (at least 10m) and features where organic manures/sediment could enter water
- Avoid overflow or leaks contributing to runoff, ponding, or erosion
- Do not damage historic or environmental features identified in your HEFER
- Check work meets relevant British Standards
