You can use this item with the agreement of Natural England or the Forestry Commission in combination with either:

FG1: Fencing

FG2: Sheep netting

FG3: Permanent electric fencing

FG7: Anti-predator combination fencing

FG8: Anti-predator temporary electric fencing

FG9: Deer fencing

You can also use in a Higher Tier capital grant in combination with:

FG7: Anti-predator combination fencing

FG8: Anti-predator temporary electric fencing

FG9: Deer fencing

You can also use in a Woodland Tree Health Grant in combination with either:

FG1: Fencing

FG2: Sheep netting

FG9: Deer fencing

TE5: Supplement for use of individual tree-shelters (with the agreement of the Forestry Commission)

What you must do to use this supplement

You must:

  • agree a specification for the works with Natural England or the Forestry Commission
  • complete the works in the agreed specification to the relevant standard and timescale
