You can use this item only on land in one of these actions:

What you must do to use this item

You must:

  • agree with your Natural England adviser which specialist or organisation will identify the tree varieties
  • get samples of fruit or leaves identified by the specialist or organisation
  • produce a map of the orchard showing the location of each species and variety identified

Evidence you must keep

You must keep and provide with your claim:

  • map of the orchard showing the locations of each species and variety identified
  • the specialist body record of your identified species

You must also keep and provide on request receipted invoices or bank statements where a receipted invoice is unavailable.
