Create and maintain a mosaic of scrub, grasses and other flowering plants to provide food and habitats for wildlife, and protect soils and watercourses.

Allow scrub to develop on 10% to 60% of the area through natural regeneration or planting, while controlling herbivores and leaving deadwood and mature trees. Do not graze, apply inputs, cultivate, or cut vegetation except for controlling specific weeds.
