January was about smarter automation.
We rebuilt our AI agreement parsing from the ground up — it now handles scanned PDFs, messy layouts, and image-based documents. We added bulk parcel naming so you can give all your fields proper names in one upload. And we added undo for bulk operations, because mistakes happen.

🤖 AI Agreement Parsing v2
What it does
Completely rebuilt agreement parsing with multi-pass extraction and consensus voting. Handles image-based PDFs, scanned documents, and inconsistent layouts.
Why it matters for farmers
Agreement PDFs are messy. Scans from the RPA, different formats year to year, tables that don't align. The new AI system handles the chaos — upload whatever you've got, we'll extract it.

Client agreements come in all states. Now you can upload them without worrying about format. Less manual cleanup, faster onboarding.

📝 Bulk Parcel Naming
What it does
Upload a spreadsheet to name all your land parcels at once. Map your field names to RPA codes and apply them in one go.
Why it matters
You know your fields as "Top Meadow" and "Long Barn Field" — not "SX1234 5678". Naming 50 parcels one by one takes hours. Bulk naming does it in minutes.

What it does
Made a mistake with a bulk import? Undo it completely with one click. Rolls back the entire operation.
Why it matters
Bulk operations are powerful but scary. What if I mess it up? Now you can try things knowing you can reverse them instantly if something goes wrong.

What it does
Your custom field names now appear in inspection reports and exports. No more decoding RPA parcel codes.
Why it matters
When the inspector asks about "the field behind the barn", you want your report to say that — not SX1234 5678. Custom names make reports readable for everyone.
