February was about polish and power. We took the features we launched in January and made them better based on what you told us.
The biggest piece of feedback? "I love that I can upload evidence, but I need to see it all in one place." Farmers and agents wanted a clearer view of which subsidies had evidence attached and which still needed attention. So we built a dedicated subsidies page that puts everything at your fingertips.
We also spent time on the details that make daily use smoother. Better mobile support. Clearer navigation. Faster updates. The kind of improvements you might not notice consciously, but that make the whole experience feel more solid.

📋 Dedicated Subsidies Page
What it does
A new page that shows all your SFI subsidies in one place. See which subsidies you've signed up for, which parcels they apply to, and how much evidence you've collected for each one. Click into any subsidy for full details.
Why it matters for farmers
SFI agreements can include dozens of subsidies across many parcels. Keeping track of what you've committed to, and whether you're building the evidence to prove it, used to mean clicking around multiple screens. The subsidies page gives you the full picture in one view.
Why it matters for agents
When reviewing a client's compliance position, you need to see everything at a glance. The subsidies page lets you quickly assess which areas are well-documented and which need more evidence before inspection.

📸 Enhanced Evidence Management
What it does
We've overhauled the evidence experience. Upload evidence directly from the subsidy details page. Filter evidence by subsidy or parcel. Delete evidence you uploaded by mistake. Preview files before opening them. Everything is faster and more intuitive.
Why it matters for farmers
Evidence collection should fit into your workflow, not interrupt it. The improved upload modal lets you attach evidence to the right subsidy and parcels in seconds. Made a mistake? Delete it and try again. No support ticket needed.

Managing evidence across multiple client farms means handling a lot of files. Better filtering and deletion tools let you keep records tidy without wasting time.

🗺️ Improved Map Experience
What it does
The land map now has a full-width mode for when you need more space to work. We've added a back button so you never get stuck. The layout adapts better to different screen sizes, and parcel updates happen in real-time so you always see the latest data.
Why it matters for farmers
Working with maps on smaller screens used to be cramped. Full-width mode gives you room to explore your land properly. Real-time updates mean the map always reflects your current data without needing to refresh.
Why it matters for agents
When you're screen-sharing with a client or presenting in a meeting, the full-width map makes a much better impression. Professional presentation matters.

📱 Mobile-Friendly Parcel Table
What it does
The parcel table now works properly on phones and tablets. Columns resize intelligently. Important information stays visible. Scrolling is smooth. You can review your parcels on the go without squinting or pinching.
Why it matters for farmers
You're not always at a desk. When you're out in the field and need to check which parcels are in a particular subsidy, pulling out your phone should just work. Now it does.
Why it matters for agents
Site visits often involve pulling up information on a tablet. A mobile-friendly interface means you can show clients their data without awkward zooming and scrolling.

🧭 Better Navigation
What it does
We've added a farm submenu to the navigation bar. When you're viewing a farm, you can quickly jump to the map, subsidies, or evidence without going back to the dashboard first. Fewer clicks to get where you need to go.
Why it matters
Small navigation improvements add up. Saving two clicks might not sound like much, but when you're doing it fifty times a day, it makes a real difference to how the platform feels.

✅ Improved SBI Verification
What it does
When you add a new farm, the SBI verification flow is now clearer. You'll see exactly what's happening as we check your SBI against the RPA database and pull your land parcel data. Better error messages if something goes wrong. Smoother success when it works.
Why it matters for farmers
Adding a farm is often the first thing you do in JustFarm. A confusing or unclear experience sets the wrong tone. We've made it welcoming and straightforward.
Why it matters for agents
Agents onboarding new clients need the process to be quick and reliable. A smooth SBI verification means you can get clients set up without delays or confusion.

Language Update: Actions to Subsidies
What it does
Throughout the platform, we've renamed "Actions" to "Subsidies" to better match the language used in SFI documentation and by the RPA.
Why it matters
Using consistent terminology reduces confusion. When JustFarm uses the same words as your agreement documents, there's less mental translation required.

Clarity. What you see in JustFarm matches what you see in your SFI paperwork.
What's Coming Next
March 2025 will bring inspection report generation, more powerful filtering tools, and features designed specifically for agents managing portfolios of farms. We're also working on annual declaration tracking so you can see your compliance position year by year.
