We built JustFarm because we kept hearing the same thing from farmers and land agents: SFI is a brilliant opportunity, but the paperwork is a nightmare.
One conversation stuck with us. A farmer in Devon told us he'd spent an entire Sunday afternoon trying to work out which of his 47 land parcels qualified for which actions. He had the RPA maps spread across his kitchen table, the agreement PDF open on his laptop, and a notepad covered in scribbles. "There has to be a better way," he said.
He was right. There is.
December 2024 marked the launch of JustFarm. We set out to build a platform that takes the complexity out of SFI compliance, giving farmers and agents the tools to manage everything in one place. No more paper shuffling. No more guesswork.

What it does
The Farm Dashboard is your central hub for managing all your farms. Add new farms using your SBI number, view them on an interactive map, and access all your compliance information from a single screen.
Why it matters for farmers
If you run multiple holdings, you know how easy it is for things to slip through the cracks. Where's that agreement for the top field? Which parcels did you register last year? The Farm Dashboard brings everything together so you can see your entire operation at a glance.
Why it matters for agents
Land agents managing dozens of client farms need quick access to the right information at the right time. The dashboard lets you switch between farms instantly and see the status of each one without digging through folders or emails.

Add a farm in under 30 seconds. Enter your SBI number and we pull your land parcel data directly from the RPA. No manual entry. No typos. Just your farm, ready to manage.
📄 Agreement Upload
What it does
Upload your SFI agreement documents directly to JustFarm. Our system reads the PDF and extracts the key details: which actions you've signed up for, which parcels they apply to, and what the payment rates are.
Why it matters for farmers
SFI agreements are not light reading. They're dense PDF documents packed with tables, codes, and references. Finding which actions apply to which parcels means flipping back and forth between pages, trying to match parcel numbers to the map in your head.
We do that work for you. Upload the agreement once and all the details are extracted, organised, and linked to your land parcels automatically.

View all your land parcels on an interactive map, pulled directly from RPA data. See parcel boundaries, land cover types, and areas at a glance. Click any parcel to see its details.
Why it matters for farmers
Paper maps and parcel reference numbers are hard to work with. Which parcel is AB1234? Is that the one by the river or the one next to the road? The interactive map shows you exactly where each parcel sits, making it easy to plan your SFI actions with confidence.
Why it matters for agents
When you're advising clients on which SFI actions to pursue, you need to understand their land. The map gives you that context instantly, whether you're in the office or out on a farm visit.

Built on Feedback
JustFarm didn't appear out of thin air. Every feature we've built started with a conversation. Farmers telling us what's frustrating. Agents explaining what slows them down. Advisors sharing what their clients struggle with.
This is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we'll be adding evidence collection tools, compliance tracking, automated reminders, and features designed specifically for land agents managing multiple client farms.
